O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations in our Lake Orion, MI location. The role includes managing the store during the Store Manager’s absence and leading the team in servicing customers.

Qualifications

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Assist in hiring by completing recruiting tasks and interviewing candidates.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced and processes are followed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom and programs.
• Staff the sales counter during peak hours (lunch, late afternoons, evenings, weekends).
• Coach and mentor team members and ensure training completion.
