TitleMax in Sherman, TX is seeking a qualified Assistant Store Manager (Bilingual) to support customers with financial services while gaining hands-on experience running a store. You will develop leadership skills by driving account management, customer outreach, and risk management in a performance-driven, growth-focused environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, customer service or retail experience, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle use throughout the workday.
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing for long periods and light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions, and related products.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build new business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives to meet quality standards.
• Perform duties outside the office when applicable (on-site vehicle appraisals, errands, external marketing).
• Meet company performance standards through partnerships, referrals, and in-store/community events.
• Maintain store security and conduct opening/closing procedures including vault management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws; conduct store audits and compile financial reports.
• Monitor store appearance and handle facility maintenance scheduling.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks to meet targets.
• Other tasks as directed by leadership.
• Maintain a full-time schedule with regular in-person attendance, including weekends (40+ hours).
