O'Reilly Auto Parts in Sheboygan, WI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role leads a team and covers shifts in the manager’s absence.

The ideal candidate will coach staff, assist in hiring, ensure policies are followed and drive a positive shopping experience for both retail and professional customers. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Mandatory certifications for store leadership and parts knowledge.
• Spanish language ability is a plus for customer interactions.
• Commitment to multi-language fluency is encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Coordinate staffing during peak hours to maintain service levels.
• Assist the store manager in coaching team members and setting performance goals.
• Assist in the hiring process by participating in interviews and interviewing candidates.
• Handle day-to-day store operations including opening/closing duties and security.
