O'Reilly Auto Parts in West Allis, WI seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will lead the store team in servicing customers, manage during Manager's absence, and assist in hiring, scheduling and training.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• O’Reilly Auto Parts has a proven track record of growth and stability.

Responsabilités

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service across retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure proper execution of service programs.
• Assist the store manager with staffing, scheduling, and coaching to meet goals.
• Assist in recruiting tasks and interviewing to hire qualified team members.
• Handle telephone inquiries per company policy and ensure timely processing of orders and transfers.
• Oversee returns, exchanges, and refunds with correct payment methods and documentation.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and that security procedures are followed.
