Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desired.
• Certifications for parts and ASE are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Assist the store manager with staffing, goal-setting, coaching, and ensuring training is up to date.
• Participate in hiring processes: scheduling, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
• Ensure proper cash handling, bank deposits, and day-end procedures are completed.
• Coordinate with management to ensure efficient handling of online orders, transfers, and returns.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Approve scheduling changes and ensure clock-in/out compliance by team members.
