O’Reilly Auto Parts in Bismarck, ND is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading sales, service, and store operations. You will supervise the team and step in during absences, ensuring a friendly, efficient customer experience.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure program execution.
• Assist in staffing the sales counter during peak hours and shifts.
• Coach and mentor team members and support hiring and interview processes.
• Manage closing/opening duties, cash handling, and security procedures.
