Qualifications

• Must have Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise retail showroom customer service levels and execution of service programs.
• Assist in staffing during peak hours and manage team goals, coaching, and training.
• Assist in hiring tasks, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
• Ensure telephone is answered per policy and orders/returns are processed efficiently.
• Coordinate PO management, outside purchases, and timely communication of shipments.
• Ensure proper invoicing, POS accuracy, and adherence to policies (clocking in/out, schedules).
• Perform opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, cash handling, and security checks.
• Maintain store building, parking lot, exterior signage/lighting, and delivery vehicles.
