Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, service, appearance, and operations. You will lead the team during absences or opposing shifts and drive exceptional customer service for both retail and professional customers.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service.
• Oversee store operations and staff during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring, scheduling and interviewing to build a qualified team.
• Ensure returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed efficiently and correctly.
• Coordinate with management to meet goals and policy adherence.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, and security checks are performed.
