Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise retail and professional customer service programs.
• Assist in hiring, coaching, and goal setting for team members.
• Ensure store operations are executed per policy and procedures.
• Manage day-to-day store functions during Manager’s absence or opposing shifts.
• Oversee deposits, stock, and merchandising tasks as assigned.
