Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Work with the store manager to ensure the sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours.
• Assist the store manager in setting goals, coaching, and ensuring ongoing training for team members.
• Assist in hiring by recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
• Ensure all purchases and transfers are processed promptly and customers are contacted on shipments.
