Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Coordinate staffing at the sales counter during peak hours (lunch, late afternoon, evenings, weekends).
• Assist in setting team goals, providing feedback, coaching and mentoring staff.
• Assist in recruiting: scheduling, interviewing, evaluating candidates, collaborating with management.
• Ensure calls are answered per policy and orders are processed promptly (BOP, ship-to-store, transfers).
• Manage outside purchases and special orders efficiently and according to procedure.
• Ensure returns are processed accurately and merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Support opening/closing duties and secure money, deposits, and deliveries.
