Qualifications

• Must-have: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Collaborate with the store manager to staff the sales counter during peak hours.
• Assist in setting team goals, coaching, and ensuring training compliance.
• Participate in hiring by recruiting tasks and interviewing candidates.
