Job summary

Vaco by Highspring, located in New York, is seeking a Bilingual Accounts Payable Specialist (English/Spanish) to support accurate and timely vendor payments. You will process invoices, manage approvals, and maintain ERP data across NetSuite, Tipalti, and Coupa while ensuring internal controls.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of AP experience in a corporate setting, strong Excel skills, and proven ability to communicate with vendors in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu.
• 1–3 years of accounts payable or finance experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience with NetSuite, Tipalti, and Coupa ERP/AP portals.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payment requests for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Match invoices to purchase orders where applicable.
• Enter invoices into ERP and AP platforms.
• Assist with payment runs via check, ACH, and portals; monitor vendor terms.
• Support month-end closings with reconciliations and reporting.
• Maintain organized AP records for audits.
• Generate AP aging and payment status reports.
