Job summary

Hire-Authority is seeking a Bilingual Accounts Payable Supervisor for an energy company in downtown Houston. This position involves overseeing the procure-to-pay process, ensuring timely and compliant invoice processing across multiple entities.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, fluency in English and Spanish, and 3–5 years of relevant experience. The salary range for this position is $75,000-$90,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related subject preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish fluently required.
• Experience with Concur and NetSuite.
• Experience with online banking.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and financial management software.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to perform under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounts payable operations across multiple group entities and vendors.
• Oversee invoice processing and payment execution through Concur and NetSuite.
• Ensure invoices and bills are paid accurately and on time.
• Review and reconcile AP activity, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Manage vendor relationships and respond to inquiries.
• Strengthen internal controls and compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Support cross-functional coordination with Procurement, Operations, and Finance.
