Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and guest satisfaction focus.

• Experience hiring and onboarding staff.
• Excellent communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in restaurants or hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of scheduling, inventory tracking, and cash handling.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and local health regulations; certifications are beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management or related fields is an advantage.
