Job summary

MGM Resorts International at Bellagio is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Noodles to lead operations of a high-volume Pan-Asian restaurant.

You will partner with the General Manager to drive financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development, while upholding luxury service standards.

This role requires strong leadership and a track record in upscale dining environments; Mandarin/Cantonese language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese preferred.
• Experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement preferred.
• Experience in a Luxury, Fine-Dining, or high-volume Chinese cuisine environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, budgets, labor productivity, scheduling, inventory control, guest service standards, and marketing strategies to drive short-term profitability.
• Assist General Manager with HR responsibilities: teamwork, coaching, hiring, succession, diversity, and policy adherence.
• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction; manage feedback channels; coordinate kitchen and dining room service.
• Enforce policies, training, menus, and health/sanitation standards; execute F&B initiatives and programs.
