Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration and collect demographic data.
• Verify insurance benefits and up-front collections.
• Determine eligibility and arrange admission per policy.
• Obtain payment responsibility signatures and explain financial obligations.
• Answer calls and direct them accordingly; assist with ordering office supplies.
• Assist in preparing letters and sending correspondence.
