Job summary

STHS ER McColl is seeking a patient registration specialist to interview patients for identification and demographics, verify insurance benefits, and collect upfront payments. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of medical/healthcare business office experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Computer skills required.
• Good verbal communication skills in English/Spanish required.
• Must adhere to Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Register patients by interviewing for identification and demographics.
• Verify insurance/benefits and collect upfront payments.
