Responsibilities

• Own customer accounts and keep them current.
• Analyze account activity and determine solutions.
• Communicate with customers, references, and landlords.
• Collect and process payments in-store and in the field.
• Maintain accurate account records and documentation.
• Manage field visits professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve concerns while upholding company standards.
• Meet/exceed collections and retention goals.
