Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to oversee rental accounts, provide exceptional service, and drive account health. You’ll deliver products, collect payments, and support sales growth while maintaining store standards and safety. A valid driver’s license and strong communication are required.

The role emphasizes customer relationships, timely deliveries, and daily responsibilities across in-store and on-site interactions with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build customer relationships.
Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly goals.
Maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
Deliver white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
