Responsibilities include acting as the main contact for clients and assisting in collections while working with the team during busy times. Ideal candidates will have customer service or sales experience, and must have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Prior rent-to-own experience is desirable, but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in a retail environment is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients via phone and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Set daily collection goals and verify accuracy of customer information.
• Manage past-due accounts and assist in account renewals.
