Job summary

Ravago Americas is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for a remote role based in Quebec. The position focuses on growing revenue, managing accounts, and acquiring new business while coordinating with Technical and Customer Service teams to ensure resin supply and logistics aligned with customer needs.

The candidate must be bilingual in English and French, possess a valid driver’s license, and have 3+ years in B2B/B2C sales in industrial or commodity sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree
• Minimum 3 years in B2B/B2C sales, face-to-face, industrial/commodity sales
• Valid driver's license required
• Proficiency in English and French required

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable revenue growth and new business development
• Meet gross margin targets as a percentage of sales
• Use customer-centric selling and CRM to manage pipelines
• Prospect and develop robust target funnel for new accounts
• Create and execute sales plans, budgets, and expense controls
• Collaborate with channel partners to close customer deals
• Maintain CRM data and sales statistics accurately
• Coordinate with Technical and Customer Service teams to meet needs
• Engage with customers at all levels and across functions
• Perform other duties as assigned
