Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to ensure our Commercial Services (MCS) meet or exceed customer expectations and uphold service quality.

The role includes site visits, reporting, coordination with Area Managers, payroll and budget support, and ensuring supplies, inspections, and tag jobs are delivered on time.

Strong communication, organization, and the ability to work irregular hours (including weekends) are essential; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Required/preferred education: associate's degree or equivalent mix of education and work experience.
• Two years of progressive management responsibility related to the position.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, site staff, and MasterCorp employees.
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to work irregular hours including weekends and after hours.

Responsibilities

• Regularly perform customer site visits/inspections to maintain relationships.
• Submit daily reports based on visits, inspections, or customer communications.
• Respond to customer emails promptly and accurately.
• Perform tenant visits and inspections and report results to Area Managers.
• Follow up on visits to ensure issues are corrected promptly.
• Assist with payroll oversight and budgeting for each building.
• Assist in providing supplies and tools for each job site; manage monthly orders.
