Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients and build partnerships.
• Oversee on-site supervision at client locations and monitor safety compliance.
• Source, screen, interview, and place candidates to meet client needs.
• Orient new hires and manage schedules to reduce turnover.
• Track KPIs and maintain accurate records in systems.
