Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Training Manager to assess training needs, develop action plans, and support operations effectiveness at all site levels, diagnosing issues and applying actionable training solutions to elevate performance.

The role partners with the Learning and Development team, serves as a SME on MasterCorp best practices, reports to Resort Operations Divisional Leadership, and requires frequent travel (about 50% monthly) with bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, HR, or related field or equivalent relatable work experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in operations leadership, training management, or similar roles focused on enhancing site performance within the hospitality industry.
• Conversational fluency in English and Spanish or Creole; bilingual requirement.

Responsibilities

• Utilize learning technologies to measure and enhance the effectiveness of training initiatives and track learning completion.
• Apply advanced methods to measure training effectiveness and refine based on site-specific feedback.
• Provide coaching and guidance to site leaders to create and execute operations action plans that enhance site effectiveness.
• In partnership with HR Business Partners, ensure alignment and consistency in leadership development strategies to support sustained training outcomes and operations goals.
• Audit training processes across sites to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate with Field HR and Divisional Operations Leadership to determine visit priorities and assess site training needs holistically.
