Job summary

NCD is hiring an Account Executive to onboard and activate new agents, guide them through onboarding and best practices, and support lead generation at events. The role will also bridge Sales and Agent Support, ensuring escalated concerns are addressed efficiently.

You will engage with contracted agents, conduct outreach, lead webinars, and help manage a small portfolio while traveling to industry events as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or agent support, preferably in insurance or healthcare.
• Experience with outbound sales calls, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Familiarity with agent onboarding and training processes.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred to communicate with Spanish-speaking agents and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Newly Contracted Agent Outreach – introduce new agents to NCD’s tools and onboarding.
• Outbound Lead Calls – educate warm leads about NCD’s offerings and contracting.
• Event Engagement & Lead Generation – represent at industry events and booths.
• Agent Onboarding Workshops – run virtual or in-person guidance sessions.
• Sales Enablement Support – share success stories and best practices.
• Product & Training Webinars – lead weekly training sessions on products and sales strategies.
• Account Management Support – manage a small portfolio of agents.
• Event Lead Follow-Up – nurture leads post-events to contracted agents.
• Themed Monthly Call Campaigns – gather feedback to inform product development.
