Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager for a 100% onsite role in the United States. You will complete an 18–24 month paid training program to learn branch operations and management, with relocation assistance for promoted ABMs.

You will help customers with loan options, educate on credit improvement, and assist with credit decisions, loan closings and service quality while supporting the Branch Manager and pursuing sales goals with the company’s core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal fields: Business, Finance, Sales or related.
• 1+ year of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Spanish speaking skills desirable but not required.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments; prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; satisfactory driving record.
• Criminal background, credit history checks and pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion; relocation package provided for moves >50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in branch operations and management during training and development.
• Originating new loan business by engaging current and potential customers.
• Educate customers on lending services, credit improvement and debt consolidation.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales goal planning.
