Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Spanish speaking skills desirable but not required.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to originate loan options and achieve sales goals.
• Educate customers on lending services and credit improvement.
• Support loan applications, closings, and related processes.
