Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services Inc. in San Pablo, CA, is seeking a Mid-Level ABA Supervisor to work with a BCBA, support clients, and guide Behavior Technicians in applied behavior analysis.

The role emphasizes designing ABA programs, delivering learning experiences, and coordinating with families and professionals. We offer supervision hours towards BCBA licensure, a hybrid work setting with in-home and some remote activities, and the chance to grow in a community-focused behavioral health

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field required.
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain clearances.
• Availability for afternoons/evenings with some weekend/morning availability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ABA programs in collaboration with families and professionals.
• Deliver individual and group learning experiences to achieve treatment goals.
• Train and supervise Behavior Interventionists to ensure correct implementation of plans.
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-III) with BCBA guidance.
• Develop and manage behavioral plans for home, school, and community settings.
• Empower families and caregivers with intervention strategies for daily routines.
• Analyze data, track progress, and provide written progress reports.
