Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services is seeking an ABA Supervisor to support BCBA-led programs and supervise Behavior Technicians. You will develop individualized treatment plans and ensure evidence-based practices for children and families.

The role involves in-home visits, travel, and collaboration with a clinical team. A bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field is required, with afternoons/evenings availability and a valid Live Scan clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Early Education, or related field.
• Availability to work afternoons/evenings with some weekend/morning availability.
• Ability to pass Live Scan FBI & DOJ clearance.
• Ability to obtain a Physical and TB Test within stated timelines.
• Reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, and driver’s license for in-person work.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Travel is required.
• CPR & First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement personalized ABA programs with families and professionals.
• Deliver individual and group learning experiences to help clients reach goals.
• Train and supervise Behavior Interventionists and review progress.
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-III) and set treatment goals.
• Develop and manage behavioral intervention plans for adaptive skills and communication.
• Coach parents and support staff to integrate strategies into daily routines.
• Analyze data and write reports to ensure evidence-based practices.
• Maintain supportive relationships with clients, families, and staff.
• Manage ABA session schedules and adjust as needed for consistency.
• Meet with families in-home to review progress and refine interventions.
• Work primarily with children and adolescents up to 18 years.
