Burnett Therapeutic Services (BTS) seeks Mid-Level ABA Supervisors to join a hybrid team in San Pablo. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with BCBAs to support children and families.

Qualifications include 2+ years in behavior services, a psychology-related bachelor’s degree, and availability afternoons/evenings with some weekends. Travel to client homes is required. Bilingual Spanish-speaking a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field.
• Availability for afternoons/evenings and some weekends.
• Ability to pass Live Scan FBI & DOJ clearance.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license for in-person work.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement individualized ABA programs for clients.
• Supervise and guide Behavior Technicians in program delivery.
• Develop and execute Treatment Plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct assessments and set treatment goals with BCBA guidance.
• Meet families in-home to review progress and plan adjustments.
