Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services is seeking Mid-Level ABA Supervisors to collaborate with a BCBA and guide Behavior Technicians. You will supervise ABA programs, develop treatment plans, and work across in-home and clinic-like settings with children up to 18.

Requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in ABA, with afternoon/evening availability. Travel to client homes is required; bilingual skills are a plus. Competitive pay and supervision toward BCBA licensure are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional ABA experience in supervision or similar role.
• Ability to travel and work in-home settings; pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement personalized ABA programs with families and professionals.
• Provide supervision to Behavior Technicians and guide treatment plans.
• Develop and execute individualized Treatment Plans under BCBA/Clinical Director guidance.
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-III) and define target behaviors.
• Manage session schedules and meet families regularly to review progress.
