Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services Inc in Sheridan, CA, seeks a Mid-Level ABA Supervisor to work with a BCBA, support clients, and mentor Behavior Technicians. You will help design and supervise ABA programs, develop individualized treatment plans, and ensure interventions are evidence-based and tailored to each child’s needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in implementing behavior modification interventions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Early Education, or related field.
• Afternoons/evenings with some weekend/morning availability.
• Ability to pass Live Scan FBI & DOJ Clearance.
• Physical (past year) and TB test (past 90 days) required.
• Reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, and license for in-person work.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. and travel as required.
• CPR & First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement personalized ABA programs for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, with families and professionals.
• Deliver individual and group learning experiences to achieve treatment goals.
• Train and supervise Behavior Interventionists; review client progress and goals regularly.
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-III) and set targets with BCBA guidance.
• Develop and manage behavioral intervention plans promoting adaptive skills and communication.
