Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Early Education, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in implementing behavior modification interventions or similar role.
• Availability to work afternoons/evenings with some weekend/morning availability.
• Ability to pass a Live Scan FBI & DOJ clearance.
• Ability to obtain a Physical and TB Test.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, and a driver’s license (if working in-person).
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement personalized ABA programs for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in collaboration with families and professionals.
• Deliver both individual and group learning experiences to achieve treatment goals.
• Supervise and train Behavior Interventionists to ensure proper implementation of plans and review progress.
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-III) and set target behaviors and goals with BCBA guidance.
• Develop and manage behavioral intervention plans to promote adaptive skills and communication.
• Empower families and caregivers with training and strategies to integrate into daily routines.
• Analyze data, monitor progress, and provide written reports to ensure effectiveness of interventions.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, families, and staff.
