Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services in Winters, CA is seeking a Mid-Level ABA Supervisor to work with BCBA supervision, guide Behavior Technicians, and develop individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents up to 18.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and 2+ years of professional experience in behavior modification. Travel and in-home hours are expected, with afternoon/evening availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 2+ years in behavior modification or related role.
• Ability to work afternoons/evenings and some weekends/mornings.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and oversee ABA programs for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Deliver individual and group learning experiences to support treatment goals.
• Train and supervise Behavior Technicians; review progress regularly.
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-III) and set treatment goals.
• Develop and manage behavioral intervention plans across home, school, and community.
• Coach families and caregivers to integrate strategies into daily routines.
• Analyze data and provide reports to ensure evidence-based practices.
