Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Full-Time ABA Therapy Scheduler to join our growing, mission-driven team. This remote role coordinates matching clinicians with families, ensuring smooth service launches and on-time start dates.

You’ll work with RBTs/BCBAs, manage calendars in EMR/CRM systems, and communicate via Gmail/Google Meet. Required ABA scheduling experience, strong English communication, and a friendly, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• ABA therapy scheduling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to new and existing RBTs and BCBAs to confirm availability and schedules.
• Coordinate with families and staff to finalize start dates and case details.
• Perform scheduling end-to-end from matching clinicians with clients to first sessions.
• Use EMR and CRM systems daily to track active cases and scheduling updates.
• Set up meetings via Google Meet and Gmail and other company tools.
• Maintain close contact with recruiting and clinical teams for smooth handovers.
• Represent House of Hearts ABA with warmth and professionalism.
