Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience as a Customer Service Representative in a 3PL, warehouse, or logistics environment.
• Experience with Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Experience with billing and invoicing.
• Resume must clearly reflect related experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email.
• Process and maintain customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Create, review, and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation.
• Process customer billing and ensure invoice accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding inbound and outbound shipments.
• Track shipments and communicate delivery updates to customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries, discrepancies, and shipment issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Work closely with transportation, warehouse, and operations teams to meet customer expectations.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
