Job summary

Motivate is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily service delivery operations for Boston's bikeshare system. You will supervise hourly staff, coordinate with teams, and drive safety and performance improvements.

In this role you will schedule shifts, train and mentor employees, monitor metrics, and use data to optimize procedures while ensuring regulatory compliance and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising hourly operations teams, including fleet and warehouse contexts.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive process improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; able to learn new software quickly.

• Develop scheduling and supervise daily service delivery operations.
