Qualifications

• Prior experience of building, repairing, and selling bicycles preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour)
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking

Responsibilities

• Build and repair bicycles according to established procedures.
• Provide passionate customer service and respond to customer needs.
• Sell bikes and related merchandise; promote loyalty programs and promotions.
• Assist with the assembly of exercise equipment as needed.
• Maintain Bike Department presentation and signage.
• Adhere to safety and loss prevention policies.
• Support the team across the store.
