Ideal candidates will have prior bicycle building and repair experience, and be capable of maintaining high merchandise presentation standards. The position offers a targeted pay range of $15.00 - $22.00 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience of building, repairing, and selling bicycles preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs.
• Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in the Bike Department.
• Build and repair bikes following established procedures.
• Promote company programs including warranty sales and loyalty programs.
