Qualifications

• Experience in building, repairing, and selling bicycles preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15–35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Build and repair bicycles according to established procedures.
• Provide passionate customer service and recommendations to cyclists.
• Promote warranty sales, loyalty programs, and seasonal promotions.
• Achieve bike Department sales goals through engagement and selling.
• Assist with assembly of exercise equipment as needed.
• Maintain Bike Department presentation and signage to company standards.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs.
