Job summary

Trek Bikes is seeking a Service Manager for Trek Store South Bay in Bonita, CA. You’ll oversee the Service Center’s workflow, staffing of mechanics, and KPIs to ensure every customer has the best experience.

You’ll train your team, engage with customers to recommend services, and manage costs while upholding Trek’s signature hospitality. Excellent communication and leadership are essential, with 3+ years in bicycle service required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bicycle service center experience.
• Excellent communication skills are a must.
• Ability to train and develop employees and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store's Service Center and own workflow, staffing, and KPIs.
• Be the primary service advisor, integrating sales and service and maintaining Trek hospitality.
• Train and develop the service team, engage with customers, and manage service costs.
• Write and manage service work orders, keeping the department organized and efficient.
