Trek Store Encinitas seeks an energetic Service Manager to lead the Service Center, overseeing workflow, staffing of mechanics, and KPIs to ensure stellar customer experiences. You’ll be the primary service advisor, train your team, and ensure a seamless link between service and sales while delivering Trek’s renowned hospitality.

This role requires high energy, strong communication, and a passion for bicycles, with the responsibility to drive efficiency, costs control, and customer satisfaction

Competenze

• 3+ years of bicycle service center experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering Trek’s hospitality and customer experience.

Mansioni
