Trek Store Berkeley is seeking a Service Manager to lead the store’s Service Center operations, ensuring optimal workflow, staffing, and KPIs to deliver Trek’s signature hospitality and customer experience. You’ll integrate service and sales, train your team, manage costs, and maintain organized service orders with clear communication to customers.

You will lead by example, develop employees, and drive efficiencies while keeping the shop aligned with Trek's standards and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bicycle service center experience.
