Job summary

Trek Store Folsom is seeking a Service Manager to lead the store's Service Center, owning workflow, staffing of mechanics, and KPI-driven customer experience. You will be the primary service advisor, blending sales and service while upholding Trek’s hospitality standards.

You'll train your team, engage with customers to recommend the right service, manage costs, and ensure accurate, clear communication with customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bicycle service center experience.
• Excellent communication skills are a must.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store's Service Center, overseeing workflow and staffing.
• Serve as the primary service advisor and integrate sales with service.
• Train and develop team members, monitor service costs and KPIs.
• Ensure orders are organized and the department remains clean and efficient.
• Oversee bike builds and ensure timely delivery to sales floor and customers.
