Job summary

Specialized is seeking a Service Technician for Oro Valley Bicycle in Tucson, AZ. You will be the front-line contact for riders, delivering expert service, answering questions, and guiding customers through service options to keep riders on the road.

You'll collaborate with staff, perform quality service, assist with bike sales, and uphold store cleanliness and operation standards, including familiarity with Lightspeed POS and online store tools.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with riders and team members.
• Willing to work weekends as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Greet riders and assess needs, offering options from service menu or tune ups.
• Explain technical aspects clearly and confidently to customers.
• Process service work orders accurately and schedule repairs efficiently.
• Assist customers with product and service selections without bias.
• Maintain knowledge of all department merchandise and new product lines.
• Support bike sales with technical consulting and other floor duties.
