Specialized is seeking a Service Technician in Tucson, AZ to engage riders with technical knowledge and deliver outstanding in-store experiences. You will diagnose, advise, and perform service tasks while helping meet sales goals and building lasting customer relationships.

You will work with riders both in-store and remotely, maintain accurate service orders, and contribute to a high-energy, inclusive store culture focused on customer delight and teamwork.

Formación

• Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand.
• Excellent communication with riders and team members.
• Ability to work on weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Help riders by explaining service options from a preset menu.
• Provide expert technical guidance on bicycles.
• Assist customers with product/service selection and upsell when appropriate.
• Accurately complete service work orders and schedule repairs.
• Maintain knowledge of all merchandise and stay updated on new product lines.
• Support bike sales with technical consultation and other floor duties.
• Deliver best-in-class rider service and ensure high rider satisfaction.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including light janitorial duties.
• Operate Lightspeed POS systems and store websites efficiently.
