You will engage with riders—in person and remote—identifying needs, guiding them through service options, and helping ensure quick solutions that keep riders enjoying their bikes.

The role emphasizes technical expertise, friendly service, and collaboration with the in-store team. Weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand.
• Excellent communication with riders and team members.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assess riders' needs and offer options from service menu.
• Explain technical matters clearly and act as expert.
• Provide friendly, proactive customer service.
• Accurately complete service work orders and schedule repairs.
• Assist with bike sales and in-store duties.
