Qualifications

• Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand.
• Excellent communication with riders and team members.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist riders in-store and with remote service needs.
• Fill out service work orders and coordinate repairs.
• Provide expert technical service and product knowledge to customers.
• Contribute to sales through technical consulting and bike-floor duties.
