Hazards Cyclesport in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking a Cycling Specialist who serves as the front-line host for riders, providing expert guidance, product location help, and friendly service to keep riders riding longer and better. You will engage with customers, mentor teammates, and uphold the Specialized Retail Way.

As a Cycling Specialist, you will balance product knowledge with customer care, ensure clean and organized product presentation, and participate in achieving sales and profitability

Qualifications

• Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand.
• Bike shop and/or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift heavy items (50 lbs+).

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class rider-service and assist sales goals.
• Engage riders, understand needs, and offer options and advice.
• Create a welcoming, brand-centric experience for customers.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep product areas organized.
• Support store cleanliness and general upkeep throughout shifts.
